Cambridge Chronicle
We just received our HERS rating for the LEED Platinum home we built with HRI in Cambridge: 29! For reference, the standard new construction home built to international energy code is rated at 100, while a net zero building is rated at 0. That means we're 70% of the way to passive house!

Carpenters' Glen is occupied! There's a beautiful profile of one of the project's new residents, Courtney Morris, in the Taunton Gazette.
Boston Globe
Our new favorite pizza place was featured in the globe! Dudley Dough hosts a math tutoring program called "Pie R Squared" weekly. This is exactly the type of activity we envisioned in the space. It's great to see that it's really become a community hub so quickly.
For our recent company outing the Narrow Gate chose to spend the afternoon with Community Servings in Jamaica Plain! Such a great experience and a great mission. Thanks to Chef Pierre and everyone else we got to work with.
