Holbrook Center Senior Housing is a Passive House Certified 72-unit development located in the town center of Holbrook.
The building will provide well designed housing for seniors, as well as a communal environment supported by shared spaces such as a library space, fitness room, gracious lobby, and offices, as well as a commercial space with an orientation to senior programming that nurtures growth and an experience of community. The central, walkable location of the project provides access to many more amenities in the local community, encouraging independence among residents. The Passive House designed building will provide resident comfort and control, while significantly driving down energy consumption below code requirements and achieving a low carbon building.
