The Narrow Gate worked with Housing Solutions SEMA to upgrade their multi-family housing development consisting of 24 rental units at Cranberry Manor and 32 rental units at Carpenter's Glen through kitchen and bath modernization and envelope upgrades.
In addition to preparing documentation for repairs and capital improvements planned for the next 20 years, The Narrow Gate was also commissioned to explore avenues for improving energy efficiency and other sustainable features of the buildings and site. Areas of exploration included the building thermal envelope, indoor air quality, water use reduction, decreasing the area of impermeable surface, site landscaping, and outdoor recreation space for resident children.
